Nilvia Felipe, known as Nellie to most people, is a certified coach, facilitator, instructor, and speaker. She has considerable experience helping people achieve their goals by coming along side them as a success coach, accountability partner, and encourager. 

She has enjoyed a flourishing business journey spanning over 25 years in the corporate world. Through her journey, Nellie has reinvented herself countless times in order to remain in demand. She began her career in Accounting and Finance.  Nellie founded three start-ups.  Her first company was a career coaching and resume writing venture that she began when she was just 21 years old. Within 2 months of that start-up, she landed the business of a large telecommunication firm in Northern Virginia. From there, she moved into Information Technology and has held the roles of developer, architect, business analyst, project manager, change manager, certified trainer, and various levels of management.

Nellie grew up Catholic, following all of its tradition. When Nellie turned 25 years old, she had an encounter with God that would change her life forever.  One evening as she slept she kept hearing “I am coming like a thief in the night, like a thief in the night, like a thief in the night.”  This kept repeating in her mind and heart. Unable to sleep she got up feeling desperation in the depths of her soul.  She knew immediately her relationship with God was not right. She asked herself, “If Jesus came today will I be saved?”  She could not answer that question with certainty. Shortly thereafter, she accepted Jesus Christ as her LORD and Savior. The problem had nothing to do with being Catholic, but everything to do with lacking a relationship with Christ. 

It has now been over 15 years since she began her walk to know Him.  She has studied His Word through educational institutions, church, and privately. The LORD has been so faithful to see her through some deep valleys and high peaks. She is grateful for every valley, for in them she learned the character, faithfulness, and love of God.  It was also in the valleys of life’s journey that she learned what God’s calling for her was.  Among the gifts she has been given was the gift of encouragement.  The Word says in 1Corinthians 12:4-6, "There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all.”  She is grateful that we are all given gifts to fulfill our higher calling. She has a special ability to utilize failure as a tool to catapult others to greater success. 

Nellie has a genuine passion to see people succeed and realize their God-given purpose in life. There is no greater joy for her than to see people living out their dreams and highest potential. She calls this "Living Out LOUD"...  Living Out Ur Dreams.

She is endlessly stretching, learning, growing, and incorporating lessons learned into her life while imparting this knowledge into the lives of others. She is a life-long student; pursuing various degrees, regularly attending seminars and conferences to strengthen and broaden her knowledge base and abilities. Nellie is diligent about "sharpening the saw".  Her zeal to provide each client with utmost excellence, and doing all things as unto Him, drives her.

Nellie is happily married to a remarkable man, Johnny, for 22 years. They have three wonderful children that they love dearly.  She and her family attend Blood Of the Lamb Deliverance (BOLD) Church in Charlotte, NC.  Nellie is active in her church and community. Giving back is a family principle that is evident in the Felipe's household. 

She humbly gives all the Glory for all that she is and has accomplished to The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit.
