1.     As ARIZE coaches, we recognize that every person is complete and "wonderfully made" to meet their life's purpose.  Coaching helps guide, grow, stretch, and encourage the individual [or group of individuals] being coached into action and results.

2.     There is NO judgment or condemnation. The person [or group] being coached is [are] already perfectly created. The purpose of coaching is to help identify their gifts and purposes, create visions, develop SMART goals, take action and live out their full potential.

3.     As ARIZE coaches, we are committed to maintaining a confidential relationship with every client and keeping all information in the strictest of confidence, except in those situations where confidentiality violates the law or could cause harm to either the client or others.

4.     As ARIZE coaches, we are committed to living life, both privately and publicly, above reproach.  Displaying to all the Fruit of the Spirit:  love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.

5.     As ARIZE coaches, we are committed to encourage, affirm, empower and respect each individual's unique design comprised of their natural gifts, learned skills, personality, and passions.

6.     As ARIZE coaches, we are committed to praying for each client, prepare prayerfully for each coaching session, and be on time to every session.

7.     As ARIZE coaches, we are committed to being fully present and listening intently at each coaching session, thus creating a safe environment where each person feels respected and free to be transparent.

8.     As ARIZE coaches, we are committed to supporting and bringing honor to PCCCA and the coaching profession as a whole by maintaining the highest ethical standards.

9.     As ARIZE coaches, we are committed to continually strengthen and broaden our coaching skills by attending continuing education courses, workshops, webinars and seminars.  In addition, we commit to reading periodicals, books and articles relating to coaching.

10.  As ARIZE coaches, we are committed to actively being coached as Coaches to keep stretching, growing and mastering the craft of coaching.
